Dye-sublimation is a digital printing process in which the ink, under high temperature, turns into a gas and fuses with the fabric fibers. The result is a permanent print, soft to the touch, without raised texture, and resistant to washing, as the ink is integrated into the fabric.

For sublimation, polyester fabric (minimum 50% content) is required. Our sublimation shirts are 100% polyester, 160-180 g/m², in white or very light colors, ensuring maximum color fidelity of the printed design.

The minimum for sublimated t-shirt orders is 12 units. Unlike screen printing, there's no 'cliché' or color separation cost in sublimation, making it more affordable for small runs with complex designs.

No. Unlike screen printing or transfer, which remain on top of the fabric, sublimation fuses the ink with the fibers. The color becomes part of the garment itself, so it won't peel, crack, or fade with normal washing. It is recommended to wash inside out in cold water for maximum durability.

Yes. We offer all-over sublimation printing that covers the entire surface of the shirt, including the sleeves and back. This type of printing requires cutting the fabric and printing before sewing the garment, so production times are 7-10 business days.

For orders of 12 to 50 pieces, the estimated production time is 5 to 7 business days from art approval. For larger orders or orders with all-over sublimation, the time may extend to 10 business days. Subsequent shipping takes an additional 24-48 hours.

Screen printing is more suitable when the design has 1 to 4 well-defined solid colors, production exceeds 50 pieces, and a finish with greater opacity and texture is desired. For pure cotton t-shirts, screen printing is the only option, as sublimation does not work on 100% cotton.
