Coverage

We ship across Guatemala, both in the capital and in the rest of the country, with reliable couriers.

Delivery times

Guatemala City: 24 to 48 business hours, depending on stock availability (we confirm the exact time when you place your order). Rest of the country: 3 to 5 business days. During special dates or high season, times may be slightly longer due to courier demand.

Shipping cost

Shipping cost depends on your location and is calculated automatically when you confirm your order. Free shipping on purchases of Q450 or more.

Payment methods

We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and electronic payments. For purchases over Q1,000 we can offer payment in installments; message us on WhatsApp to arrange it. We do not work with cash on delivery.
