Wholesale Sublimated T-Shirts Guatemala
Looking for wholesale sublimated t-shirts?
At Básicos Guatemala we don't do sublimation — our blanks are made of cotton, not polyester, which is what that technique requires to give good results. For volume orders with full-color designs, the alternative we do offer and recommend is DTF, which works on cotton. The exact composition of each product is on its product page.
Why DTF works better for large orders on cotton
Unlike sublimation —which needs light-colored polyester fabric for the color to look right—, DTF can be applied on any cotton color, including black and dark colors. That gives you more blank options for your collection or merch without depending on a single type of fabric.
Wholesale T-Shirt Pricing with DTF
Our cotton blanks have tiered volume pricing (1 piece, 6–11, 12–23, and 24 or more pieces), with wholesale from 6 pieces — see the full details on our wholesale t-shirts page. DTF customization is quoted separately depending on the size and complexity of the design — message us on WhatsApp with your quantity and artwork for an exact quote.
What Projects Is Wholesale DTF Ideal For?
- Sports uniforms with full-color designs
- Merch for events, fairs, and conventions
- Brand collections with detailed or photographic designs
- Clothing for work and corporate teams
- Brand editions with gradients or multiple colors
DTF vs. Sublimation vs. Screen Printing for Volume
For large orders, the right technique depends on the design: screen printing is usually the most economical for flat colors at high volumes with a single design; DTF is a good option for full-color or photographic designs on different fabrics and shirt colors; sublimation, which we don't offer, only works on light polyester. For wholesale projects on cotton with full-color designs, DTF is an alternative worth considering.
